Rough mostly-unedited rambling and poetry written on my phone.

Squeezing the bullet

July 29, 2018 5:28PM

Squeezing the bullet
Inside tight ripe,
We’re going to wait for these buttons
To break and huh,
What?
Ravens need to breathe across this stucco
Wasteland branded eye-shadow
Pink lace secret razed serenghetti land all
Branded target Walmart PlayStation
Rivers blooded in squelching sand
Caffeinated asphalt metal rusted
Parenthetical rhapsodic driven dream
You need ellipses around the gravitation
Around your ankles around the
Sweat that pools…..

She's dipped in plaid

October 29, 2016 12:18PM

She’s dipped in plaid at the local
Dive bar, holdable curves and
Unobtrusive boyfriend…
You wing this failure hook line and
What’s this? Once upon a time fell
Through agaiin an I’m singing
Loons against rainbows, spoons against
Rattling windows, rivers drowning
Thimbles riddled in plaid
Cracking thumbs an derelict
Thumbs. Snoozing thin,
You’re love left out that door
And I’m winning against
Feeble streams.

There's nothing to say to this

September 3, 2016 1:31PM

There’s nothing to say to this
Waterstained window…
You can count the things that
Missed you,
You can count the things you
Missed. Blue Rainbow, I
Breath against your glass
Shadow, I limber up against
Silence walking a thin
Line and walking thin against
Thin lines.

why love the struggle

July 7, 2016 4:01PM

tan slate-grey-peach-beach dawn,
i perch above and wait. after-draught of
dancing waves, i floated towards the edge
of feet and riptide sucking. why
return, why love the struggle, why flap
these arms in circles.

everything is trained and i am not
different. flirting is not love,
swim-sauce curves are not
love, goddamn this miserable hope and
lewd-awkward longing.

tongue to the floor,
i somehow return with book
in hand.

Old obese man

Old obese man, were thinking the same thoughts.
I’m all full of arrogant youth and you sing
wiser thoughts of how I’ll be there Someeday

Something there when you slip,
Something there when the firmament dies.

My eyes are hungry for sex, my feet are
Tired. Spring summons the Angels, I lurk in shadows.

I’m mad out of present tense.

black sundress

March 26, 2016 8:56PM

you with your black sundress, coy
behind the back screened door,
buzzing black-haired beauty.

a gaggle of girl-perfume drifts by,
tangle of green lesbians
mingle by the tracks.

crickets churn.

midnight thoughts drizzle away the
sleepies, wing-waiting patiently.

The Sky will light up,
You will see.

the book is reflecting light

March 5, 2016 11:04AM

the book is reflecting light
on the girl drinking alone at the
far end of the bar.
knees against the ridge,
she is eaten up in thought.
so cliche to want some edge of that awareness.
